worst landlord
the house is in a pretty calmed neighborhood but the real story is the landlord and the house, the house is a beautiful house from the outside but once you go in its all mold and not outdated, there's also an efficiency in the back yard and one of my family member was staying there and some part of the roof fell because of mold but the landlord instead blamed my family member for the roof and insisted on them to move out right away he also lied because when we first had moved in the house was under "construction" like he said but he never ended up fixing anything from the house , he had said if anything bad happened to the main house he would fix it and if something happened to the efficiency we were in charge to fix it which wasn't a bad deal , but once the main house started having problems he only sent the people that would fix the things but my mom would have to pay the worker for it , for example the AC of the main house was old it got messed up and we let the landlord know about it and he just sent an electrician to fix it but he disagreed on paying him and that we were in charge of paying the worker , mind you my mom had to buy a brand new AC box which wasn't her responsibility because the AC was old and it wasn't our fault it didn't work , so keep in mind this landlord his name is Angel he will lie and say that if anything happens to the main house he will fix it, DONT believe him it will have to come out your pocket also he upped the rent thru out the 5 years about 1000 dollars and on top of that water and light aren't included and it was pretty expensive about 600 dollars for light and 575 for water which is insane , he has family members living in the next house that he rents the house to and I'm thinking we are also paying for their water and light bill because there's no way a family of 5 wastes 600 dollars on light IN A MONTH is unbelievable, he will also go into the house without letting you know ahead and on top of that blame u for every ugly part of the house and insist in you paying for the damages that has been there way before, don't get me wrong the house is beautiful but the land lord is aggressive with his words , and I've never spoked out about it because my mom teached me to have good manners even to people that are pathetic like him. so, I recommend not to rent here, and I'm glad we are able to move out because he was such a mean person, I just want to give awareness to whoever comes across this house, also he has no insurance under the house so if something really bad happens he will make you pay , because also one of the rooms had an old heater air and it caught on fire and the room was burnt and he said we had a candle lit up , mind you my household don't like candles because of the same reason of something burning down so my mom had to fix that whole room by herself , what's the point of fixing someone else's house when your just renting , or maybe it was my mom's kindness just don't fall into his manipulations if you end up living there , but there's more I wish I can say but that's all from me from the past 5 years I've lived there
