A sun-bathed beach home
I’ve lived at 611 Michigan Ave APT 3 for over six years. The owner [at the time of writing], Paulette, has been very understanding, reasonable, personable and straight to the point. She’s a professional property owner who has a personality and you can reach out to when needed. The finest aspect of the apartment is the white tile floor. It’s an art deco apartment bathed in light from windows on three sides, including three facing east and one south towards the sun. Outside are green trees, birds singing, and some street noise (to be expected). It’s a cozy, small apartment on the beach; you can walk less than ten minutes to the beach, two minutes to Publix, and fifteen minutes to South Pointe Park for the sunset. Neighbors [at the time of writing] are all friendly, normal, good people. The apartment comes with gated assigned parking which you can see from the window. A washer and dryer occupy one closet of the apartment, and dishes are done by hand. The bathroom is a bathroom but it has a blurred window facing south bringing the sun in the morning. Plant life outside creates your own little park for residence, albeit small, but private. I lived my mid-20’s through this apartment.
