Miami Beach, FL
I moved into 835 Lenox ave in August of 2025, It was my first apartment by myself. Naturally I had huge ambitions with home decor and gettys. Residential South Beach is a lot different than what you’d assume being on Ocean Drive. Quiet nights over cocktails and ice cream are more the norm over an all out rager. The building itself was built in the 1970’s. It has the rustic charm associated with a place built before you were born. Plants are strewn about the interior, which gives a nice ambiance against the mostly white plaster walls. There’s a pool area in the center of the building, perfect for a late night conversation or Sunday afternoon swim. The apartments are consistently renovated and the building manager lives in the building. Repairs are quick and easy, if ever necessary. Even though it’s an old building itself doesn’t feel that way once you step inside your home. Newer appliances and sturdy paint job frame your empty canvas, as these apartments come unfurnished. Perfect for you to make your own. As for my experience here, it’s a nice place to rest your head away from the busyness that is Miami. Neighbors are all friendly and keep to themselves. You’ll hardly get a noise complaint no matter how late into the night you invited friends over. Overall, if you’re looking for a nice quiet place to rest your head. Enjoy the company of friends. You can’t go wrong.
